1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“the Operator”) and AcademyAdv (“we,” “us”). By accessing the AcademyAdv platform, downloading our blueprints, or utilizing our consulting materials, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents are our proprietary property. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The “Recruiting Handbook” methodology.
• All source code, databases, and functionality on the website.
• The visual design, logos, and “Tactical” aesthetic.
• The specific text of the scripts and checklists in the Vault.

License to Use: You are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your internal business use (i.e., recruiting drivers for your fleet). You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our templates as your own product.

3. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

CRITICAL: AcademyAdv provides operational advice, not legal advice.

The templates, contracts, and policy documents provided in the Vault are for educational and informational purposes only. Employment laws (specifically regarding Independent Contractors vs. W2 Employees) vary significantly by state and country. You agree to have all documents reviewed by your own legal counsel before deploying them in your fleet. We are not responsible for any legal disputes arising from your use of our templates.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts).
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (e.g., selling driver data).

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site.

You assume full responsibility for your recruiting results. We do not guarantee that using our scripts will result in hired drivers, as market conditions and execution quality vary.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to the Site to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Wyoming. AcademyAdv and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
